Important points to be noted for Abstracts: Download 
- Only type written forms will be accepted.
- Last date for submission of Abstracts is 15th March 2010.
- Abstract will be accepted and presented as posters only.
- Abstracts should be either research paper or case reports.
- The sample format of the abstract should be: Objectives, Materials and
Methods, Results and Conclusions.
- Use Arial with font size of 12 only for the abstract.
- Maximum numbers of 250 words are permitted.
- Poster should be 3 feet broad & 4 feet long or should accomodate 12,
A-4paper sheet arrange in a portrait view.
- Abstracts should preferably be submitted by email.
- They can also be sent on CD along with two hard copies on A4 size paper
by post.
- Registration to the conference is mandatory for all.
- Authors will be intimated of the acceptance or rejection of abstract
latest by 25th March 2010 and will be given an abstract ID number for future communication.
- The Judges would select Five(5) best posters on 3rd April 2010.(Judges
decision will be final)
- So please come prepared for oral presentation as well.
- 1st ,2nd and 3rd prizes will be awarded.
- Abstracts can be sent to the Secretariat.
- Please earmark the envelop to the ‘Scientific Committee’.
